During the 3 days between April 9th and April 11th 2025, The Australian Wagyu Association hosted their annual event in Perth - with presenters and social events occurring at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and Optus Stadium. 

This project required a fluid process involving quick setups, followed a fast turnaround to move onto the next presentation or interview. Strong communication protocols were implemented prior to the first day, so each different crew not only knew where they had to be next, but were constantly in touch with other crews if backup equipment or crew was needed.

The daily processes were similar to the Avon Descent and at the end of each day we were required to deliver a highlight reel. The days on this project were definitely longer as speakers were on stage from morning until approximately 8 pm every night. 

Feedback from participants at the event was overwhelming friendly and they were all happy with the way we presented them in the interview pieces.
