Living Farm

Living Farm is a private R&D and consulting company based in York. They provide contract research and agronomic consulting to a range of agribusinesses in the WA wheatbelt.

This project required regional travel, but we agreed immediately as we are always keen to spend time in a region and industry we have not worked in before. It was produced on the cusp of winter, which can sometimes make weather predictions a gamble - especially when we needed to capture a sizeable amount of drone footage.

Living Farm wanted to create a short, visually engaging clip that highlighted their corner of the WA wheatbelt and showcased the value of their research organisation, which boosts productivity through a combination of field trials, data-driven analysis, drone mapping of fields and farmer collaboration.

The final video was a short, sharp montage of this real-world implementation, combined with archival photos showing before-and-after results and the measurable impact on productivity and environmental health.
