The Greenwood College Volleyball Program is a Department of Education approved specialist program. It is designed for students who want to develop high-level performance and technical volleyball skill. Prospective students must complete a Volleyball Trial in Year 6 for acceptance in Year 7. Students may be able to try out later if there are vacancies.
This promotional campaign was another opportunity to create videos in a fun team sport space and one that we had not previously filmed. The skills and tricks we had learned from other sporting event videos became invaluable on the filming days at the academy.
The extra challenges of course involved filming at a school, so we needed to remain constantly vigilant as to who and what we had permission to film. The advantage of filming in this type of environment is those who were keen to be a part of the video, really put on their best performance and played the staged shots like it was actually game day.
Following the release of the video on their offical site, their has been increased volume of interest from both students and parents, who are interested in joining the program.
